We have reserved a "no-host" dinner space for us at Fuddruckers, which had its grand opening on the first floor of the Digidesign building this week. They've set aside seating for 30 and have expansion room for hundreds. They feature the best burgers I've tasted: http://www.fuddruckers.com/menu.html
After the meeting, some might want to attend a movie next door at the new Pacific Plaza Century Theatres.
