    Program:

Opticodec-PC is the first MPEG-4 AAC/aacPlus™ encoding software for high quality streaming audio. Opticodec-PC offers the single most important feature that the netcaster is looking for in an encoder - entertainment-quality sound at an economical bit-rate. AAC/aacPlus™ is changing the business model for streaming audio and netcasting. For a given bitrate, it sonically outperforms any other codec currently available. The software allows streaming providers to encode with the Coding Technologies® AAC / HE AAC / aacPlus codec, the highest available audio quality for any low bit rate. Stations encoded with Opticodec-PC aacp can be decoded through RealPlayer® 10 or Winamp 5.09. QT plays the aac core, a 7KHz audio version of the 14KHz aacp code. The technology is being used to stream to cell phones and PDAs - today!
